As an ex veteran Ross is very punctual with his time keeping skills and cleanliness which is why our standards are high at RKM.

Karl is a very good family friend and has been for many years. Karl has been instrumental in setting up RKM Grab Hire & Haulage Ltd in 2021, initially managing all financial and administrative matters. With a commercial background, Karl has previously held Procurement Director / Accounts Payable positions within large multinational organisations and running property development companies. In addition to his Transport Manager responsibilities, he is able to bring a wealth of corporate and operational experience to assist our ambition to continuously improve and grow the business in a sustainable manner.

Andy got his Class 2 Licence and did delivery work for a short while before coming to us, Andy has learnt the Grab with ease and has got his NPORS Lorry Loader (with clamshell bucket attachment) ticket as well as recen

Andy got his Class 2 Licence and did delivery work for a short while before coming to us, Andy has learnt the Grab with ease and has got his NPORS Lorry Loader (with clamshell bucket attachment) ticket as well as recently obtaining Shea Water and National Water Hygiene tickets. Andy is predominately on the Grab but covers the Tipper when needed.

Dave has been on the Grab and Tipper for over 36 years, previously working for various Utility Companies. Dave predominately drives and operates the Tipper but jumps on the Grab when cover is needed. Dave has an enormous amount of experience and knowledge, along with tickets such as Streetworks, National Water Hygiene and Northern Powergrid etc.

Wendy joined RKM in May 2025 after working in retail for over 39 years. Wendy manages the purchase and sales ledger ensuring a smooth process with Customers and Suppliers. Wendy is Mark's Wife and also Sophie's Mum and Ross' Mother in Law.

Sophie takes all calls, and runs the daily operations.
