As an ex veteran Ross is very punctual with his time keeping skills and cleanliness which is why our standards are high at RKM.

Karl is a very good family friend and has been for many years. Karl has been instrumental in setting up RKM Grab Hire & Haulage Ltd in 2021, initially managing all financial and administrative matters. With a commercial background, Karl has previously held Procurement Director / Accounts Payable positions within large multinational organisations and running property development companies. In addition to his Transport Manager responsibilities, he is able to bring a wealth of corporate and operational experience to assist our ambition to continuously improve and grow the business in a sustainable manner.

Michael is fairly new to working on the Tipper, but has been in the trade of construction since 21 years old, Mike has his own property folio and has NEBOSH certification. Mike has attained lots of skills, knowledge and experience over the years, so is a great asset to the team. Mike is doing excellent with the Tipper and taken to it like a Duck to water.
