Ross left the Army in 2014 and had various jobs which he enjoyed, however since he started on the Grab in 2017 he finally found his calling. Working for Utilities Contractors such as Morrisons - Water Services, he built up his knowledge and skills and in 2021 he took the plunge to start up RKM Grab Hire and Haulag

As an ex veteran Ross is very punctual with his time keeping skills and cleanliness which is why our standards are high at RKM.

Karl is a very good family friend and has been for many years. Karl has been instrumental in setting up RKM Grab Hire & Haulage Ltd in 2021, initially managing all financial and administrative matters. With a commercial background, Karl has previously held Procurement Director / Accounts Payable positions within large multinational organisations and running property development companies. Karl is able to bring a wealth of corporate and operational experience to assist our ambition to continuously improve and grow the business in a sustainable manner.

Tipper Driver
Chris previously worked as a Trade Plate Driver, delivering HGV's up and down the country. Chris started with us, with no experience of driving Tippers but he has picked it all up very quickly and is a competent driver. Chris previously was in the hairdressing industry travelling around country and going as far to America.

Dave has been driving HGV's since 1992, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he brings to the team. Dave has done Tippers and Grabs, he has worked on Utilities doing Gas, Water, Electrics etc.

Nicola joined the team to help in the office with admin duties, Nic deals with all invoicing with sales and purchase ledger. Nic previously has done a wide variety of roles such as working as a veterinary assistant before becoming a managing director for over 11 years. Nic enjoys doing her part time dog walking business alongside RKM.

Head of Operations
Sophie has worked in offices covering a wide variety of services for many years, so all administration and customer service comes as second nature to her. Sophie is Ross' Wife and has voluntarily assisted RKM for a couple of years now before officially starting in September 2024 as a member of the team. Sophie takes all calls, and runs the daily operations.
