As an ex veteran Ross is very punctual with his time keeping skills and cleanliness which is why our standards are high at RKM.

So having his experience from using other companies has given us an outside view of how to make sure that customers are always satisfied.

Karl has been instrumental in setting up RKM Grab Hire & Haulage Ltd in 2021, initially managing all financial and administrative matters. With a commercial background, Karl has previously held Procurement Director / Accounts Payable positions within large multinational organisations and running property development companies. Karl is able to bring a wealth of corporate and operational experience to assist our ambition to continuously improve and grow the business in a sustainable manner.

Karl has been on Class 2's since 2010, over his time he has worked on various HGV's such as Cement Mixers, Grabs and Tippers. Karl has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Chris previously worked as a Trade Plate Driver, delivering HGV's up and down the country. Chris started with us, with no experience of driving Tippers but he has picked it all up very quickly and is a competent driver.

Sophie is Ross' Wife, Step Daughter to Mark and Wendy's Daughter. Sophie has voluntarily assisted RKM for a couple of years now and officially started in September 2024 as a member of the team. Sophie takes all calls, and runs the daily operations.
